Available Booth Sizes

• Small (15’x15’) $150
• Large (15’x30’) $300

Additional Fees

• Food Service Fee $100
• Electrical Service (120V/15A) $60
• Internet Connection (≈30Mbps) $20

• The Russian River Rodeo Association (RRRA) sells food at the event, so only a select number of specialty food vendors will be accepted.
   
• All applications are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
   
• RRRA reserves the right to determine what products may be sold.
   
• No Compete Policy; Vendors must disclose all products or services to be offered during the Event. Vendors are not allowed to provide the same or similar products, services, or content that engage in any other way or version of representation of any other business of a similar nature to that of other Vendors or the RRRA. If you are found to be offering something on the day of the event that was not approved, you will be asked to leave.
   
• Use of Space Policy; Business transactions are permitted from one side of a Vendor space to be determined by the Vendor Chairman. All booths must have a solid back wall, unless deemed unnecessary due to fire hazard from cooking appliances. Walls must be of a suitable material and connected appropriately as to resist strong winds that frequent the area; tarps or similar coverings properly weighted are acceptable.   

• Refund Policy; Refunds will only be approved under extenuating circumstances deemed reasonable by the RRRA Board of directors.

• Internet usage; should be limited to credit card transactions and similar low bandwidth functions as it is shared among the Vendors and the Rodeo. Do not give out your login information to anyone other than the employees attending to your booth. Do not set up a streaming video feed or allow employees to stream video or you risk losing internet access not just for yourself but all of the vendors.  

• RRRA is not responsible for damage or losses during the event. Vendors are solely responsible for booth security.
  
  
   

Insurance & Liability

• Vendors must provide proof of insurance listing RRRA as a co-insured party. 
• Alternatively, vendors may join RRRA for coverage:  
  $20 for individual membership
  $50 for family membership

Application Submission

To request a space, please submit the following:

• Completed application form 
• Certificate of Insurance or RRRA Membership Form  
   

Application Deadlines:

• Food Booths: Postmarked by: May 15, 2026 
• Non-Food Booths: Postmarked by: May 15, 2026
   

• Set-Up Times:  
  Friday, June 20th: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  Saturday, June 21st: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Booth Operation Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (both days)
• Vendors must enter through the Contestant Gate.
• No vehicles at booth spaces unless pre-approved by the Vendor Chairman.
• Vendor vehicles must be removed from set up area by 10:30.
